Painting Elective **

 We had to create an installation after which we would paint and sketch.

 We were given a short exercise to do over the weekend where we had to chose a painting by the artist Klimt and replicate it.

Painting Elective

 We had to prime the sheets with pva glue to create a more finished surface that interacts with the paint better.

 This look on the primed sheets was created through scratching a credit card onto te surface of the paint.

 Negative and Positive space and also blind drawing.

Fashion Elective ***

 For the Final part of the Elective we had to RESIZE RESIZE RESIZE our shapes for form substancial pieces of clothing!

 Through the process of editing our shapes we could form a wearable item.

 From the shapes that we created on the mannequin and the photographs taken I then had to transfer the image onto a croquis.

 Adding shading creates depth and volume allowing a 3 dimensional effect.

From the analytical drawings we extracted shapes which we then transferred onto the mannequin.
